JOB OVERVIEW

Sunar Tech Solutions, Inc. is seeking qualified Project Management Specialists / IT Project Managers for multiple openings in Round Rock, Texas.

The selected professionals will be responsible for planning, coordinating, leading, and managing technology projects throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The successful candidates will work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure projects are effectively planned, executed, monitored, and delivered according to established requirements and timelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate, and manage IT and technology projects from initiation through completion.

• Lead project teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Define project objectives, scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

• Coordinate project activities across development, engineering, operations, and other technical teams.

• Monitor project progress and track timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Identify project risks, issues, and potential roadblocks and coordinate appropriate resolutions.

• Work with technical teams to support the adoption and implementation of DevOps practices.

• Coordinate projects involving cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project status.

• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and project documentation.

• Track project performance and communicate progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to relevant stakeholders.

• Support continuous improvement of project management and software delivery processes.

• Ensure project activities follow established organizational standards, processes, and methodologies.

• Coordinate multiple project activities and priorities while maintaining effective communication among project stakeholders.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT

The position requires experience working with modern project management and technology environments, including:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management, IT project management, or a related technical field.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience coordinating software development or technology projects.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud computing environments.

• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple project activities and priorities effectively.

• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project teams.

WORK LOCATION

Round Rock, Texas

The employee must be willing to relocate to an unanticipated work site, as required by the position.

COMPENSATION

$124,342 per year
